Easy Appetizer Recipe- Herb Roasted Garlic

Of course you need to make sure every guest tries a bite so everyone’s breath smells the same!
Garlic Recipe
There are many different types of garlic and any of them would work in this easy appetizer recipe.
I prefer using elephant garlic because we love garlic, but you can use your favorite type.
Prep: time 5 mins Cook time: 1hr
Ingredients
- Whole Garlic Bulb
- Pinch (1/8 tsp) Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil or any oil you prefer
- 1 Tbsp Chopped, Fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp of dried rosemary

Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°
- Slice off the top 1/2″ of the garlic bulb to expose all the cloves, leave as much of the skin intact that you can
- Place garlic in a small oven-safe dish that has a lid
- Pour oil over the top of the garlic, make sure you get all the cloves
- Sprinkle sea salt and chopped rosemary on top of garlic
- Cover and bake for 1 hr
To serve, place Herb-Roasted Garlic on a dish and serve with bread or crackers.
Spread one clove per serving- just like butter, eat and enjoy!
