Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Are you following the Keto way of eating? You’re in luck! This recipe easily converts into a keto-friendly recipe with very little changes.

Pumpkins and their seeds are both keto diet approved! Of course, pumpkin still has ‘some’ carbs so you will want to limit your portions. Fortunately, our Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipes has so little of it you don’t have to worry about it. As a matter of fact, a 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin only has 6 grams of net carbs. We’re only using 2Tbsp for three servings!
